Many people just buy prepared dehydrated or freeze-dried meals from outdoors stores but I prefer to make my own. All you need to do is buy a food dehydrator and then you can dehydrate all your own meals.
You can use the dehydrator for all your fruits and vegetables, as well as your meats and sauces so you only have to add boiling water to the meal, let it sit and voila you’ve got a delicious well-balanced meal.
